This Privacy Policy explains how iSprint ("we", "us", "our") collects, uses, and protects information when you use the AMS mobile application (the "App"), an interactive learning app for antimicrobial resistance (AMR) and antimicrobial stewardship education.

• Account & Profile Information: full name, username, email address, phone number, gender, profile photo, and (for professional verification) your National Identity Card (NIC) number.
• Professional Information: hospital, department, current position, highest degree, and location details (province, district, city, union council) relevant to your role as a healthcare worker or learner.
• Camera, Photos and Files: images, videos, and documents you choose to capture or upload, for example when sharing content in chat.
• Microphone: audio you record and choose to send, for example voice messages in chat.
• Chat Content: messages and shared content you send through the App's in-app chat feature.
• Notifications: a device push-notification token (via Firebase Cloud Messaging) used to deliver notifications to you.
• Usage & Device Data: app interactions, learning progress, and device information collected via Firebase Analytics to help us understand and improve the App.

2. How We Use Your Information

• To create and manage your account, and to verify your professional identity
• To provide the App's learning content, chat, and progress-tracking features
• To send you notifications relevant to your learning and account
• To analyze usage and improve the App's content and performance
• To provide customer support and respond to your requests
• To detect, prevent, and address technical issues or misuse

3. How We Share Your Information

We do not sell your personal information. We may share information with:

• Service providers who help us operate the App, including Google Firebase (authentication, analytics, and push notifications) and our backend hosting provider
• Other users, limited to content you knowingly share (e.g. chat messages, shared media) with them inside the App
• Authorities, where required to comply with a legal obligation

4. Data Retention & Security

We retain your information for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide the App's services, unless a longer retention period is required by law. We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your data, but no method of transmission or storage is 100% secure.

Depending on your location, you may have the right to:

• Access the personal data we hold about you
• Request correction of inaccurate data
• Request deletion of your account and associated data
• Request a copy of your data in a portable format
• Object to or restrict certain processing of your data

6. Children's Privacy

AMS is intended for healthcare professionals, students, and adult learners. It is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.

Some of our service providers (such as Google Firebase) may process data on servers located outside your country of residence. Where this occurs, we take steps to ensure your data continues to be protected in line with this policy.
